Ingredients
5 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 cup water
½ cup finely chopped yellow onion
1 egg
¾ cup finely chopped pickled cucumber
¾ cup finely chopped pickled beets
400 g of minced beef, 10%
¾ teaspoon salt pepper
1 tablespoon margarine or butter for frying
2 ml cream
Potato wedges:
750g potatoes
1 teaspoon butter or margarine
salt
Serve with:
100 g pickled cucumber
100 g pickled beets

Do this: Mix breadcrumbs and water in a bowl and let it swell for 10 minutes. Add the onion, egg, pickled cucumber, beets, ground beef, salt and pepper until smooth mince mixture. Shape 4 or 8 patties in the batter.
Fry the steaks in margarine or butter so they get nice browned. Add the steaks in a greased ovenproof dish. Beat the frying pan with the cream and pour it over the steaks. After Fry the steaks in the middle of the oven at 225 degrees for about 15 minutes (if you make 4 pieces they need for cooking for about 20 minutes).
Share the potatoes into wedges and place them in an ovenproof dish. Add the butter or margarine and salt. Roast the potatoes at 225 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Serve the steaks with potato wedges, pickled cucumber and pickled beets.
