First and foremost, I want to thank you for all the nice feedback. I’m very psyched to share with me on my way, we can already start with the diet. Many people ask what I eat. And there is no direct answer to that question, since the blog will be about my way through various diets, exercise with more. But for now, I will focus on a sugar-free diet. Do not misunderstand me, the sugar is found in most usual products, without our knowledge.

But a normal day for me looks like this:

Breakfast: Eggs and oatmeal. Self-squeezed juice, with a large orange + water.

Lunch: Chicken / meat and vegetables.

Snack: assorted fruit

Dinner: Chicken / fish / meat and vegetable of course.

At the moment, my training is pure cardio, spinning and jogging / walking. It is important that when you have been away from exercise long, don’t push the limits just yet. It can crack your own psyche, to think that training is something painful and dangerous. Therefore it is better to start at its own pace, if you think its too hard, then takes it easy. Exercise should be something you crave.
