Ingredients

200 kcal/portion

  • 5 cups flour
  • 2 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups low-fat milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams butter

Do this: Melt the butter. Mix with the milk and the eggs  then add the flour little by little. . Add sugar , salt and baking powder. Bake the pancakes on low heat. Serve with berries and fruit, possibly a little honey!
