Today we I will tell you about diets and lifestyles. Or more accurately the new phenomenon  “The 3week diet“. There is a lot of talk about this product in my gym. I have daily customers asking if I would recommend it. But you know me, I would never recomend something I have not tried! Therefore, I decided to test the program, now three weeks later  – here’s my opinion.

Many are investing too much, they eat too little and exercising too much! Such a lifestyle can not continue for a long time – and you won’t get any lasting results.
To lose weight and stay there is an art, but it need not be difficult with the right tools. These are a good and balanced diet, sensible exercise in moderate doses, and a number of trickery which boosts the effect.  The old method of simply counting calories is not enough. Sure, it’s important to have a deficit of calories to lose weight – to burn more than you put in – but it’s not the whole truth.

3 Week Diet Advantages and Disadvantages

My Conclusion is….

After using the 3 Day Diet for approximately two months, I am pleased with the shape and weight of my physique; at least in comparison to my previous efforts. My plan is to continue with the exercise portion of the program and integrate the eating potion into my lifestyle. I’m optimistic about my likely future results.

It is a very sharp tool to use as a kick start.  It’s not a lifestyle. But incredibly motivational rewarding. I got great results and then I even cheated a few days. The exercises that are a part of the program, is in my opinion extremely well-made. Working the entire body, not so physical – but enough. I usually do not recommend diets, because I believe in finding a balance in the form of a lifestyle. But I meet people everyday which has it really hard to make it work. People without motivation. Therefore I recommend this product, I lost 18 pounds.
