6 pre-grilled chicken legs
750g halved small new potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
1½ tablespoons French mustard
½ tbsp honey
1 grated garlic clove
2 tablespoons shredded basil
salt and pepper
150g pitted cherries (available frozen)
1 bunch radishes
100 g of spinach leaves and rucola-
1 tablespoon toasted slivered almonds or pine nuts


Do this: Boil the potatoes and let it steam. Stir together oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, garlic, basil, salt and pepper.

Put in the the potatoes, cherries, radishes and green leaves. Sprinkle with almonds.

Serve with chicken legs.
