4 tablespoons of buckwheat flakes
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 chopped dried apricots
2 pinches cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
2 cups water
Serve with: ½ cup low-fat milk and ½ cup raspberries and / or blueberries

Do this Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and boil, stirring. Let simmer for a minute or two.
